Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Email, Ms Word
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, Advanced Excel, MS Word, > 30 WPM Typing Speed
• Skills Needed: Email

Compensation

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
