Recruitment/ Employee Records And Hr Documentation/Attendance And Leave Management /Assist In Payroll Coordination/Employee Engagement And Grievance Handling/ Office Administration /Maintain Office Discipline And Coordination/Support Management In Operational Tasks. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• You will manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• You will handle employee queries and engagement activities.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Screening, MS Excel, Labour law basics and HRMS
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confidential and people-oriented

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
