Going Throgh Documents, Follow Up With Advocates, Architechts, Proper Filing , Net Surfing , Problem Solving Taking Work From Jr Staff, Internet Surfing , ,Preparing Excel Work Sheets , Maintain Documents Corrspomdence , Good Command On English Speaking And Tyoing Word Docs Etc. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• You will follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Customer acquisition, Compliance, KYC and Financial products
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are persuasive and detail-oriented
