Your responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Compensation

You will be paid ₹13,000 – ₹20,500 per month.

Candidate profile

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Active listening, Complaint handling, CRM tools, Verbal communication
• Basic English
