Raarya Groups is looking for a Business Development Officer (Bdo) to join its team in Lakshmi Mills Junction, Coimbatore. 5 candidates will be hired for this role. Freshers can apply. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

Responsibilities: *Identify And Pursue New Business Opportunities In The Real Estate Sector. *Build And Maintain Strong Client Relationships. *Develop And Implement Strategic Plans To Achieve Sales Targets. *Conduct Market Research To Identify Trends And Opportunities For Growth. *Negotiate Contracts And Close Deals With Potential Clients.

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• You will share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• You will prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

• Minimum qualification: Graduate

Salary

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
