Quality Assurance: Evaluate Calls Based On Quality.

Roles and responsibilities

As a Telecaller Trainer, your work will include:

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
