Handle Incoming Calls, Emails, And Inquiries, Schedule Appointments, Maintain Visitor Records And Daily Logs, Coordinate Meetings, And Ensure Smooth Office Administration. Conduct Timely Follow-Ups With Clients, Maintain Strong Client Relations. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

As a Front Desk Executive, your work will include:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Record keeping, Typing, Email etiquette, Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and detail-oriented
