Key responsibilities

As a Human Resources Recruiter, your work will include:

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Coordinate performance reviews and training

Eligibility

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Labour law basics, Payroll, HRMS, Recruitment
• Female Only
• Basic English
