Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹9,000 – ₹13,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Domestic, Hindi, Inbound, International, Marketing, Outbound and Sales
• Female Only
