Rabbitfoots Digital Consulting Pvt Ltd is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join its team in Marathahalli, Bengaluru. 10 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹35,000/month.

Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Existing And Prospective Clients.Understand Client Requirements And Recommend Suitable It, Telecom, Cloud, And Cybersecurity Solutions.Act As The Primary Point Of Contact For Client Queries, Escalations, And Service Coordination.Identify Upselling And Cross-Selling Opportunities Within Existing Acc. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Local market knowledge, Lead generation, CRM and Target achievement
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone persuasive and self-motivated

Compensation

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Day-to-day work

• You will explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients

• Interview timings: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Monday to Friday

• Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM | Monday to alternate Saturday
