Radhe Developers India Limited is looking for an Associate Advocate to join its team in Shela, Ahmedabad. Salary is up to ₹35,000/month.

Handle Legal Court Cases Related To Civil Matter Property Disputes, Contracts, And Family Matters. Draft Legal Documents And Represent Clients In Court Or Negotiations. Provide Counsel On Compliance With Civil Laws. Guajarati Language Must Writing And Speaking. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Documentation, Legal drafting, Compliance, Contract review
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An analytical, discreet attitude

Day-to-day work

• Maintain case files, timelines and records
• Research laws, regulations and case precedents
• Draft and review contracts, notices and legal documents.
• Coordinate with courts, authorities and external counsel
• You will ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
