Radiant Visa Master is looking for a Telecaller to join its team in Sector-52, Chandigarh. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month.

Make Or Receive Calls To Assist Customers With Inquiries, Complaints, Or Purchases. Maintain Detailed Records Of Interactions And Escalate Unresolved Issues. Deliver Excellent Customer Service While Meeting Performance Metrics.

Requirements

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Active listening, Complaint handling, Verbal communication, Hindi and English
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• You are polite and customer-first

What you get

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
