Rahhe Insurance Brokers Llp is looking for a Telecaller to join its team in Kirti Nagar, Delhi. There are 15 open positions. Freshers can apply. Salary is up to ₹27,000/month.

Make Outbound Calls To Existing Health Insurance Customers. Inform Customers About Upcoming Policy Expiry And Renewal Dates. Explain Renewal Premium, Benefits,Covrage And Policy Terms. Convince Customers To Continue/Renewal Their Health Insurance Policies, Handle Customers Queries Related Renewal, Premium, Grace Period And Policy Servicing. Languages : Telugu, Hindi

Compensation

You will be paid ₹17,000 – ₹27,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Hindi, Telugu
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Languages: Telugu, Hindi
• Someone polite and calm under pressure
