Key responsibilities

As a Center Incharge, your work will include:

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with MS Excel, Customer acquisition, Financial products, Compliance
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A detail-oriented, trustworthy attitude
