Greet And Assist Visitors & Clients Professionally, Manage Calls, Emails & Front-Desk Activities, Handle Office Admin, Documentation & Coordination, Maintain Office Supplies, Vendor Follow-Ups & Facility Support, Assist Hr With Basic Onboarding And Records, Keep The Office Environment Smooth, Organised & Welcoming, Do Basic Registration/Kyc Things. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Typing, Basic accounting, Record keeping and MS Office
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and dependable

Compensation

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.

• Location: Hinjewadi, Pune, Maharashtra
• Interview timings: 11:00 AM - 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 9:15 AM - 6:30 PM | Monday to Friday and 10:15 AM - 4:30 PM | Saturday
