Handle End-To-End Recruitment, Candidate Screening, Interview Scheduling, Employee Onboarding, And Joining Formalities. Track Daily Attendance, Leaves, Office Discipline, Hr Documentation, And Ensure Policy Implementation. Coordinate Training Sessions, Daily Office Operations, And Act As Communication Link Between Employees And Management. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• You'll coordinate performance reviews and training.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Labour law basics, HRMS, Recruitment, Payroll
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A confidential, people-oriented attitude
