Rainbow Services is looking for an Office Assistant to join its team in Lower Parel, Mumbai. You can earn up to ₹18,000/month. There are 3 open positions.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Basic Excel and Tally
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Advanced Excel, Basic Excel
• Skills Needed: Tally
• An organised, well spoken attitude

Roles and responsibilities

• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹17,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
