Executive Assistant To Support The Managing Director With Team Coordination, Meeting Scheduling, Mom Preparation, Task Follow-Ups, Managing Travel Bookings, Calendar Management, And Documentation. The Role Also Includes Daily Follow-Up With Employees On Worksheets And Assigned Tasks. Strong Communication And Organizational Skills Required. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with MS Office, Email etiquette, Typing, Record keeping
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
