Responsible For Handling And Analysing Data, Preparing Records, Maintaining Files, Tally, Payroll.Key Responsibilitiesenter, Update And Maintain Data In Excel And Company Software.Prepare And Maintain Invoices, Bills, Purchase Orders And Other Documents.Maintain Records Of Stock, Inventory, Dispatches And Orders.Handle Data Entry And Ensure Accuracy Of Information.Prepare Daily Reports And Update Office Records.Coordinate With The Sales, Accounts, Production And Dispatch Teams.Maintain Digital And Physical Files And Documentation.Perform General Back-Office And Computer-Related Tasks As Required. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, MS Power Point | Skills Needed : Email, Computer

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass

• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
