More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, Advanced Excel, > 30 WPM Typing Speed, Record Management, MS Power Point, MS Word | Skills Needed : Tally, Email

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Email, Ms Power Point, Ms Word, Record Management, Tally
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
