Raj Tilaks Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Coordinator to join its team in L I G Colony, Indore. Salary is up to ₹16,000/month.

Salary

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Customer acquisition, Documentation, Financial products, KYC
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A trustworthy, detail-oriented attitude
