Raja Silk is looking for a Salesman to join its team in Char Imli, Bhopal. Freshers can apply. The pay goes up to ₹12,000/month.

Make Outbound Calls To Promote And Sell Products Or Services. Address Customer Queries, Negotiate Deals, And Meet Sales Targets. Maintain Detailed Call Records And Follow Up With Leads Effectively.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.

Eligibility

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Below 10th or equivalent
• Skills: Active listening, Hindi and English, Verbal communication, Typing speed
• No English required
• Freshers can apply
• You are calm under pressure and polite

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month.
