Make Outbound Calls To Promote And Sell Products Or Services. Address Customer Queries, Negotiate Deals, And Meet Sales Targets. Maintain Detailed Call Records And Follow Up With Leads Effectively. Languages : Tamil, English

Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English and Tamil
• Female Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

• You are patient and calm under pressure
