Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards.And Team Managment, Team Reporting, Data Analysis Team Work. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• You will source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Recruitment, MS Excel, Payroll and Labour law basics
• Male Only
• No English required
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and people-oriented

Salary

You will be paid ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
