Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, Marketing, Outbound and Sales

• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
