Rajnar Facilities Private Limited is looking for an Assistant Facility Manager to join its team in Sector 57 - Gurgaon, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹35,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Roles and responsibilities

As an Assistant Facility Manager, your work will include:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Who can apply

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Computer, Email
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Skills Needed: Email, Computer
• Someone organised and dependable

Compensation

You will be paid ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
