Salary and benefits

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

• Working hours: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM | Monday to Friday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Saturday
