The Executive Assistant (Ea) Supports The Business Owner Or Senior Executive And Helps Ensure That Daily Work Continues Smoothly, Task And Project Coordination, Documents And Record Keeping, Confidentiality And Professional Conduct, Accountability And Limits Of Authority, Daily And Weekly Reporting. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, Data entry, Record keeping and Typing
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹32,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Day-to-day work

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
