Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• You'll source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi and Marathi
• Basic English

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
