Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel and Internet Surfing
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• > 30 WPM Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Internet Surfing

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

What you will do

As an Office Assistant, your work will include:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
