* Daily Dispatch Planning And Order Tracking* Coordination With Production, Stores & Qc Departments* Vehicle/Transport Arrangement And Follow-Up* Maintaining Delivery Schedules And Dispatch Records* Preparing Dispatch Documents, Tc & Qc Reports* Ensuring Timely Delivery Of Customer Orders. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Typing, Basic accounting, Email etiquette, Record keeping
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are well spoken and organised

What you get

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

• Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
• Work mode: Office-based
