Handle B2B Portals(Indiamart)And Buyer Inquiries.Prepare Quotations And Proforma Invoices.Maintain Inquiries And Customer Data In Excel.Regular Follow-Ups For Quotations And Orders.Prepare Daily Order Sheets And Sales Reports.Coordinate With Sales, Accounts,Dispatch Teams.Search New Customer Data From Google/Directories.Cold Calling And Customer. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Email etiquette, Data entry, Typing, Record keeping
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are detail-oriented and organised
