Handle B2B Portals(Indiamart)And Buyer Inquiries.Prepare Quotations And Proforma Invoices.Maintain Inquiries And Customer Data In Excel.Regular Follow-Ups For Quotations And Orders.Prepare Daily Order Sheets And Sales Reports.Coordinate With Sales, Accounts,Dispatch Teams.Search New Customer Data From Google/Directories.Cold Calling And Customer. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, Advanced Excel | Skills Needed : Email, Computer

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer and Email
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, Advanced Excel
• Skills Needed: Email, Computer
• Someone detail-oriented and organised

Day-to-day work

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
