Business Development Manager (Bdm)

Randstad India Private Limited is looking for a Business Development Manager (Bdm) to join its team in Azara, Guwahati. You can earn up to ₹30,000/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Target achievement, Presentation, CRM, Lead generation
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A confident, persuasive attitude

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

• Working hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday
