Business Development Manager (Bdm)

Randstad India Private Limited is looking for a Business Development Manager (Bdm) to join its team in Main Road, Ranchi. The pay goes up to ₹28,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

- Source Credit Card Applications Through Corporate Salary Package Accounts.- Collaborate With The Corporate Salary Accounts Team To Identify New Opportunities.- Engage In Proactive Self-Sourcing And Bank Coordination (Reporting To Asm ).- Maintain Strong Relationships With Csp Clients And Achieve Assigned Targets.- This Is An Indiv. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Local market knowledge, CRM, Presentation and Lead generation
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A target-driven, self-motivated attitude
