Business Development Manager

Randstad India Private Limited is looking for a Business Development Manager to join its team in Moti Nagar, Delhi. 20 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹40,000/month.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Lead generation, Target achievement, Local market knowledge, Presentation
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• You will share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You'll identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.

• Interview: 11:00 am - 4:00pm | Monday to Saturday
• Work mode: Work from office
• Shift: 09:30 am - 6:30pm | Monday to Saturday
