Randstad India Private Limited wants to bring on a Collection Officer for its Jalandhar team. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month. 20 candidates will be hired for this role.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of KYC, MS Excel, Financial products and Customer acquisition
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone persuasive and trustworthy

Day-to-day work

As a Collection Officer, your work will include:

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
