Randstad India Private Limited is looking for a Collections Executive to join its team in All Mumbai, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹22,000/month. 30 candidates will be hired for this role.

Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

As a Collections Executive, your work will include:

• You will follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• You will explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Documentation, Customer acquisition, MS Excel, Financial products
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A detail-oriented, ethical attitude

Compensation

Salary: ₹22,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
