• Good knowledge of Customer acquisition, KYC, MS Excel and Financial products

Your responsibilities

As a Credit Card Sales Associate, your work will include:

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
