Randstad India Private Limited is hiring a Customer Care Associate in B V Nagar, Nellore. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month. There are 15 open positions.

Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients To Ensure Satisfaction And Retention. Provide Solutions To Client Challenges And Maximize Account Value. Monitor Account Performance And Prepare Regular Progress Reports For Stakeholders. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Below 10th or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Complaint handling, Verbal communication, Hindi and English and Typing speed
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A customer-first, patient attitude

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
