Customer Support Executive

Randstad India Private Limited is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join its team in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. Salary is up to ₹35,000/month.

What we are looking for

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Customer handling, Presentation, Target achievement and CRM
• Good English

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• You will record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• You'll achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
