Customer Support Executive

Randstad India Private Limited is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join its team in Banashankari, Bengaluru. 10 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹21,000/month.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Lead generation, Negotiation, Presentation, Local market knowledge
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• You'll achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• You'll record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team

Salary

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 per month.
