Field Collection Executive

Randstad India Private Limited is looking for a Field Collection Executive to join its team in New Chandigarh, Chandigarh. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Your responsibilities

As a Field Collection Executive, your work will include:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

What you get

Compensation: ₹25,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Hindi and English, CRM tools, Complaint handling and Active listening
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are calm under pressure and customer-first
