Compensation

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹2,50,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Kannada, Outbound
• Female Only
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
