Pessenger Car Collection Position. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Complaint handling, CRM tools, Typing speed and Hindi and English
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone customer-first and calm under pressure
