Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• You'll support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• You'll manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You will ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with MS Excel, Labour law basics, HRMS, Recruitment
• Female Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
