Your responsibilities

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.

Candidate profile

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Internet Surfing, Inventory Management, Ms Power Point and Stock Management
• Male Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
