The Candidate Will Coordinate With Various Departments, Prepare Reports And Meeting Documents, Maintain Confidential Records, Handle Official Correspondence, And Ensure Timely Execution Of The Cmds Instructions. Excellent Communication, Coordination, Time-Management. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, MS Office, Data entry and Record keeping
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A detail-oriented, well spoken attitude

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
