Rapid Pack Engineering is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join its team in Peenya, Bengaluru. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, Kannada, Outbound and Sales
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• A target-driven, persuasive attitude

Compensation

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• You'll build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• You will explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
