Billing Assistant

Ratan Transport Organization wants to bring on a Billing Assistant for its Thane West, Mumbai team. You can earn up to ₹15,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Handle Customer Billing, Process Payments, And Manage Cash Registers. Maintain Accurate Records Of Transactions And Resolve Billing Discrepancies. Provide Excellent Customer Service During Payment Interactions. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

As a Billing Assistant, your work will include:

• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues.
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with MS Excel, GST, TDS, Accounts payable
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone accurate and numerate
